Marketing and Business Development Audits involve a set 3-5 day effort to produce a snapshot view of the client’s state of affairs in these two areas. The project usually
includes a 5-page summary with directional recommendations. |
| Project Assignment |
Short term objectives can usually be addressed by setting up a specific project for a one to three month period. Marketing initiatives are more easily carried out in this mode
than Business Development. Projects can be done on a daily rate basis or a pre-negotiated fee. |
| Retainer |
Retainer arrangements are available on for a limited number of clients and are recommended when a significant amount of client or partner contact is required. This type of arrangement
also allows MR the flexibility to provide ongoing research and idea generation for new business opportunities. |
| Virtual Executive |
When appropriate, an MR professional can act as a virtual Marketing Executive for a monthly retainer. |
| Coach |
Jacqueline Ganim–DeFalco or other key partners can act as a coach to facilitate and monitor the Marketing or BusDev executive’s professional objectives and support
the executive to optimize the organization’s resources to achieve these goals. |
