Business Growth Challenge
Newmine’s team consists of senior industry experts whose focus has been to serve leading brands in the omni-channel retail consulting sector. Their deep expertise led them to uncover a solution to a major industry pain point, returns. The team needed to quickly create a product launch plan inside of a business that is primarily a consulting practice. The challenge to MarketingRecon was to recommend a manageable launch, with limited resources, in time for several key industry events.
Deliverables and Results
The assignment quickly became an iterative and deep discussion with the CEO and team about what would actually be required to do a full product launch. MarketingRecon gathered several C-team members for a strategy session, and quickly sketched out the broad marketing landscape for an effective technology-centric product launch. The session and subsequent discussions led the client to re-frame their expectations and focus resources. The soft launch deliverables included a highly informative info-graphic, a sales presentation, input into the data sheet to be used at the event, and providing feedback on post event communications. The infographic for the Chief Returns Officer also incorporated a snappy new logo and was used as the main graphic for the conference booths.
