Business Growth Challenge
In one of several engagements, a major European bank was expanding its services from those of a traditional commercial bank to reach new “high net worth” clientele via Private Banking. The assignment involved two phases. Phase I was the preparation of a Best Practices Industry Benchmarking study on Private Banking in the US. Phase II involved a market evaluation and sales qualification for key wealth management entities in the U.S..
Deliverables and Results
The client received a best practices paper entitled, “The Making of a Gourmet Profession, a day in the life of a wealth manager,” which detailed the responsibilities, goals, and qualifications for a successful private banking executive. The new line of business was ultimately deployed using the PowerSkills recommendations.
