It is amazing to work with Jackie as a marketing partner. Her strength is her ability to understand the marketing objective and to shape and execute a focused strategy from it. Approaching it from an incredibly effective and easy collaboration framework, she operates with genuine fascination and experience with the understanding that Marketing is as much about the art as it is the science. Positioning, data/research, and people…surfacing that blend of outputs for a range of projects is a skill. Her background in business, technology, and passion for the arts brings something special to the outputs, something more human, more organic, and with all good story tellers, something more memorable for the audience.

Kip Hollister, CEO Hollister Institute
My work with Jacqueline was beyond a success. I brought her in to do some market research for me as I build out the Hollister Institute programs and wanted a listening post for pour clients needs and where gaps exist. My belief about my own company is that well-being is essential for all employees and it is time to put the human being first, to create what I term organizational consciousness. Jackie has a way of being that is non-threatening and engaging and she truly cares about my initiative. She cares so much that even after the project was finished, she keeps pinging me with people she wants to connect me with, and companies that she feels are craving this kind of training. Her heart is at the center of her work and i believe she will not partner with a client unless she feels this connection. If Jacqueline chooses to work with you (?) you will be the lucky one.
Deborah Glabeau, Great Island Design
Our PowerSkills and Persona session with Marketing Recon provided an opportunity for my client to make important connections between persona-focused marketing efforts and persona-focused sales strategies.
This client has frequent conversations with their constituents and prospects. They have intimate knowledge about their clients’ preferences and behaviors. Marketing Recon provided the opportunity to get the whole team talking and listening, and hopefully, unlocking potential growth.
Bobbi Gibb, Artist, Scientist, Runner
Jackie, accurately saw that the 2016 Boston Marathon, the fiftieth anniversary of my first run in 1966 would be a propitious time to launch a publicity campaign that included, in addition to the celebration of my being the first woman to run the Boston Marathon, also, as well, bringing public awareness to my art career.
She is an alchemist of human relations. Not only does she have a large repertoire of influential and congenial friends and colleagues, but she was also very good at inspiring people to join us. She has great follow-through and was able to manage the sale of a number of my bronze sculptures and to organize venues in which to exhibit my art works.
She is excellent at getting things done and taking action steps. She was amazing in her ability to inspire other people to help us. She meticulously kept records of our contacts and sales. She helped me sort out my online presence.
In April 2016, she stayed with me during the marathon week and attended the many events. She also orchestrated additional events and venues, including an art show at Tracksmith.
In 2017, we continued to work together. Heroically, she drove me to New York City, for the launching, at the International Bookseller’s Conference, of the children’s book, The Girl Who Ran, written and published by Compendium, about my 1966 run.
As my publicist, she generously gave of her time, and expertise, for which I am ever grateful. It is the first time anyone has ever taken such an active and supportive interest in my art, and helped me to such an extent and with such dedication.
During our partnership we became good friends and had a marvelous time. I can’t say enough good things about Jackie and am so blessed to call her my friend.
Matt Norquist, CEO Linkage
Jackie was an incredible partner to work with in launching our Women’s Leadership event in Boston. She helped us secure a “who’s who” of local business leaders to come learn about our latest research into the challenges and best practices in Advancing Women in Leadership – and over 30 executives showed up, and shared ideas about how to address this crucial opportunity. Michael Skok, Partner North Bridge
The CEO panel and their executive teams were extremely pleased with the survey results and the networking opportunities achieved through this event. As my own time was limited, Jacqueline managed this project seamlessly working with the North Bridge portfolio companies and my own professional network. She kept me well informed, – keeping everything on track and making improvements that will help the future program run even more smoothly. [Future of Open Source]
Peter Vescuso, VP Marketing Black Duck Software
I’ve had the pleasure to work with Jackie over the last 5 years on a very strategic project, the Future of Open Source Survey, which was a collaboration primarily between North Bridge and Black Duck with a growing number of co-collaborators. This is an industry-wide annual survey gauging the pulse of the open source market, identifying insights and trends. Jackie is an essential driver, collaborator, and strategist for the program leading the team through its many components. In 2013 we had the highest participation and broadest coverage in the survey’s history, establishing it as an essential bell weather in the industry.
Jackie’s professional skills go beyond marketing. She is an ambassador of sorts, able to secure the support and ongoing relationship with key partners and a loose ecosystem of collaborators.
George Lieser, SVP Rockport Mortgage Corporation
My company, Rockport Mortgage Corporation, celebrated its 10 year anniversary in 2002, and we hired Jacqueline Ganim-De Falco to help us plan and implement a marketing event as well as develop a website for our company. Jacqueline was extremely creative and tenacious in motivating myself and my staff to stay the course to develop a professional website we could be proud of and following through on purchasing and organizing the delivery of a unique gift to our top 100 clients in celebration of our anniversary. The time and effort that she put in and made sure that we invested paid off in creating much good will with clients, a number of which we had not talked to in months, as well as some new business opportunities. Jacqueline was always a pleasure to work with and her gentle persistence was important in ensuring that we completed the most ambitious marketing event in our 10 year history.
